Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Paleo, Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Canned Pumpkin (organic, BPA-free lining)
  • 1 Banana (we forgot this in the video )
  • 1 Cup Nut Milk
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons Almond Butter*
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.

*The nut butter adds that pie crust taste. If you have cashew butter on hand, try that instead for a different flavor profile

Apple Cider Spritzer

Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Sparkling Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar*
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Few Drops Raw Manuka Honey**
  • Ice, for serving

Directions

In a tall glass, gently stir together all ingredients. Pour over ice and serve immediately.

*When buying apple cider vinegar, choose raw, unfiltered, and organic when possible.

**Omit the money for a vegan version.
