Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Cookie Recipe
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Egg-Free
Ingredients
Cookie
- 1/2 Cup Dairy-Free Butter
- 1/4 Cup Natural Sweetener
- 8 oz Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Frosting
- 3 Tbsp Organic Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
- 2 Tsp Natural Sweetener
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Plant-Based Food Coloring
Directions
Combine cookie and frosting ingredients separately. Rolls cookies into balls and freeze until stiff. Add frosting.
Maple Freezer Fudge Recipe
Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Egg-Free
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Pitted Dates
- 1/4 Cup Pure, Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Almond Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (or 1/2 Tsp Vanilla + 1/2 Tsp Almond)
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Cardamom
Directions
Mix ingredients in food processor, spread in a pan with coconut oil on the bottom. Freeze for a few hours and slice.
