This recipe is so easy & only requires clean ingredients for a sweet & tasty cookie option. 

Whether you are gluten-free, dairy-free or sugar-free, this is the recipe for you! Even if you are not avoiding allergens, this is a guilt-free option to start making.

We add cranberries for some sweetness & added tartness. However, feel free to keep it classic & stick with just chocolate chips or add your favorite cookie toppings.

What you’ll need: 

2 cups almond meal (or almond flour)

1/4 cup coconut oil 

3 tablespoons maple syrup 

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips 

1/2 cup dried cranberries

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine almond meal/flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, baking soda, & sea salt in a medium bowl. Then add chocolate chips & dried cranberries. 

Scoop dough & form into a round cookie shape. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet 

Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes.

Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
