The ratings are based on how well restaurants have accommodated diners with food allergies:

P.F. Chang’s China Bistro
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers
Outback Steakhouse
Mellow Mushroom (not in Michigan)
AllergyEats lists more than 750,000 restaurants nationwide, which people can rate, and it also offers web links, menus and more to help reduce the anxiety surrounding dining out with food allergies.
