This overnight oats recipe is perfect for this autumn season!

Overnight oats are among the easiest meal planning recipes there is & there is always ways to switch it up to make it your own. Check out our other overnight oats reels on our profile!

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup old fashioned gluten free oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup chopped apples

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt 

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

Topping: 

More apples & cinnamon  

Steps:

Place all ingredients in a container & mix well together. Seal with a lid & place in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take container out of the fridge & stir. You may need to add a little more coconut milk, as the oats will soak up the liquid. 

Top oats with additional apples & cinnamon or any other toppings & serve!
