Osteoarthritis & Arnica

Osteoarthritis is a condition where the cartilage protecting the joints has been worn down with time. This is often treated with NSAIDS or other pain relievers. Studies have recently shown that arnica gel appeared to work nearly as well as ibuprofen. The benefits included reducing pain and improving joint function in those suffering from hand osteoarthritis.

Arnica can be used as a cream, ointment, liniment, salve, or taken orally in a tincture or homeopath. We always recommend consulting with your doctor about determining dosage.
