Workouts for Cancer
What is the best way for someone with cancer to exercise? Should we be jogging, running, biking, cardio, weights? Obviously, fatigue can limit many cancer patients and even activities of daily living may become a challenge but are
there exercises that can help increase stamina. In this video I share my opinion on some things to consider though your exercise choices will surely depend on your specific level of health.
Consider:
- More relaxing, enjoyable exercise
- Weight training
- Don’t exercise to exhaustion
- Old-fashioned calisthenics
- Daily stretching
- Minerals/electrolytes to replenish nutrients
- Yoga-like exercise
