Overnight oats are arguably the easiest meal planning recipes. From breakfast to lunch to dessert, you can eat these oats anytime.

Typical protein powders on the market contain harmful additives, whey/casein protein, artificial sweeteners, fillers & more junk. It is not often you find a protein powder that truly has good health benefits.

Proteinxym supports digestion & absorption of protein, helps support colon health & regulatory, promotes the immune function & overall immune health, relieves occasional gas & constipation, & promotes healthy nutrient absorption.

This unique formula is a blend of organic, bean pea, pumpkin, brown rice, & hemp protein & also includes flax, chia, & a number of great enzymes.

Also included in Proteinxym is the superfood blend, which provides antioxidant & anti-aging effects.

What you’ll need:

2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned oats

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (we use U.S. Enzymes)

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Top with chocolate chips

Place all ingredients in a container & mix well together. Seal with a lid & place in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take container out of the fridge & stir. You may need to add a little more almond milk, as the oats will soak up the liquid.
