Cold season = sore throats
It’s officially fall! Which means, our immune systems can sometimes take a beating with the new weather.
This tea is fabulous for soothing sore throats in the middle of cold season. Plus, it’s super yummy & tastes just like cozy fall!
We recommend using plant based milk for this recipe since typical cows milk can cause more inflammation in the throat & further mucus build up, unless you’re using raw milk.
What you’ll need:
1 cup plant based milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon honey or Manuka honey
Place milk into a small saucepan & heat on low/medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Stir in spices & honey until well mixed. Serve immediately!
