Magnesium benefits the whole body! 

Whether taken orally as a supplement or applied on the skin, magnesium enters the body & truly has miraculous effects. 

Magnesium improves strength of muscles & bones, benefits heart function, regulates rhythmic cycle, helps maintain a healthy metabolism, & has been shown to support those with mental illness. 

This recipe require little ingredients & is very simple to make!

What you’ll need: 

1/4 cup magnesium oil

1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil

1/2 cup Shea butter 

10-15 drops lavender essential oil

10-15 drops copaiba essential oil 


Melt coconut oil.

Add coconut oil & shea butter to a medium sized bowl. 

Whip mixture into a body butter using a hand mixer or standing mixer. 

Add essentials oils & continue to whip until light & fluffy.

Store body butter in an air tight container.

This will keep for 6 months.
