Hot chocolate mix can often be full of additives & unnecessary ingredients.

This recipe contains an organic powdered sugar, but it is a much better option for those avoiding toxins from conventional products.

What you’ll need: 

3 ounces dark chocolate

2 to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 cups powdered whole milk

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Chop up chocolate into fine shavings. 

Place chocolate shavings, powdered milk, powdered sugar, cocoa, & sea salt in a medium bowl. Use a whisk to combine. 

Store in an air-tight container.
