Easy, quick, & healthy peanut butter cookies!
This recipe is a healthier version of the well-known 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies & they taste just the same!
These cookies are so easy to make & don’t require any hard to find ingredients. Just combine, bake & eat — it’s a perfect, quick, & healthier dessert!
What you’ll need:
1 cup organic creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients until well mixed.
Using a cookie scoop, drop cookie dough balls onto prepared baking sheet. Use your fingers to press down on the cookie to make them flatter. Then use a fork to make a criss cross pattern.
Bake for 10-14 minutes. Transfer cookie sheet to coming rack & allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
