Sweet, spicy & healthy!

This easy salsa recipe includes a bit of each sweet & spicy ingredients to give it that perfect flavor. This works great on a salmon filet or other fish dinner, as well as just scooping it up with some organic tortilla chips! 

What you’ll need:

1 cup finely diced pineapple 

1/4 cup finely diced red onion 

1/4 cup finely diced bell pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice + more to taste

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & finely diced

Steps: 

Add all ingredients together in a small bowl. Taste to see if you need to add more lime juice. Allow to marinate together in the fridge before serving. 

Eat with tortilla chips or a topping on fish.
