This easy recipe can be made from very few ingredients & can be switched up to your liking.

Not only is this spray great smelling & a perfect natural option for a room or your linens, it also acts as a calming agent to help with sleep & anxiety. This linen spray is a great addition to your bedtime routine. Just by spraying down your sheets & pillow, you can feel the calming affects of the lavender essential oil. 

Lavender is a flower well known for its stress relieving effects. This spray is perfect for bedtime or some stress relief during the day & you only need a few ingredients! 

What you’ll need: 

10-15 drops lavender essential oil

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Organic Vodka 

3 ounces (6 tablespoons) distilled water

Glass spray bottle

Optional: fresh dried lavender buds


Combine all ingredients into glass bottle. 

Shake well & apply! 

Try out this recipe by adding some of your favorite calming essential oils, such as peppermint, geranium, or cedarwood. 

Please note that we always recommend HIGH QUALITY essential oils. If you purchase poor essential oils, often times it contains fragrance rather than the oil itself, which is toxic & can cause more harm than good. 

Essential oils are great smelling, but they have great medicinal qualities as well. Fragrance will not provide these properties!
