Greens smoothies are a great way to be getting the nutrients for the day when on the go!

We still recommend getting in all your necessary vegetables & fruits by eating them as normal, but greens are a great addition to the everyday fast lifestyle. 

We have used Greens First for many years now & we continue to love their products! They offer an original flavor (seen here), a berry flavor, & a chocolate flavor. All of which are sold on our store 🥬

For this recipe, you can certainly change it up to your liking, but here is our favorite & super easy smoothie!

What you’ll need:

1 cup coconut water 

1 cup frozen fruit (we used strawberries & pineapple) 

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative) 

1 scoop Green’s First

Optional: 1 scoop Collagen 

We used the product CollaGEN, but you can also use Collagen Complex. Collagen Complex comes in a capsule form, but you can always open a capsule & add it to your smoothie.


Add all ingredients to a high powered blender & blend until smooth.
