You’re not going to want to miss out on this simple recipe! As always, we try to exclude dairy, gluten & any refined sugars for those who are making a lifestyle change to support their immune system.

This recipe is easy, quick, & so yummy! If you would like to use homemade peanut butter cups to cut on any refined sugar, check out our previous reels for a good recipe!

What you’ll need:

1 cup creamy natural peanut butter

1/4 cup melted virgin coconut oil

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopping peanut butter cups (homemade or Justin’s) or chocolate chips

Sea salt or Himalayan salt

Steps:

Line a 8x4in loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except peanut butter cups. Mix until smooth.

Pour the fudge into the pan & tap the pan to smooth before putting it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

After the mixture has been in the freezer for 10 minutes, sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups or chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle with salt. Then freeze until firm, about 30 minutes-1 hour.

Once fudge is firm, set it sit out for a couple minutes before slicing it. Store fudge in a freezer safe container in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Enjoy!
