The great thing about this recipe is that it is allergy friendly & contains no sugar, so it can be beneficial for those who are changing up their diet when on a cancer protocol.

Add any kind of berries you like, your favorite nut milk, or dairy free yogurt to switch it up. The choice is yours!

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup old fashioned gluten free oats

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup chopped strawberries

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Place all ingredients in a container & mix well together. Seal with a lid & place in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take container out of the fridge & stir. You may need to add a little more almond milk, as the oats will soak up the liquid.

Top oats with additional strawberries or any other toppings & serve!
