High quality coffee = good coffee

Good quality coffee is so important. Just like any food or drink you are consuming, the range of quality impacts your health. Everything we consume directly affects how we function on a day to day basis.

From the harvesting, processing, & storage of coffee, every aspect can directly affect coffee quality, taste, & mycotoxin production. Poor coffee quality can cause a range of digestive, inflammatory & potentially other health related ill effects, so it is so important to research organic coffee that have high standards in their processing.

Now that you have an idea of why good quality coffee is so important, it’s also great to address what you’re putting in your coffee!

We make our lattes with organic, non-GMO & locally sourced coffee beans. We then mixed organic (raw) milk & a bit of organic honey together for a little sweetness. Check out our social media @Conners.Clinic on how to make your own lavender simple syrup for the perfect lavender latte – we add two tablespoons of this lavender simple syrup to our milk or cream & mix it well before pouring it into the espresso.

Natural sweeteners, such as honey, maple syrup, or cane sugar are great alternatives to the many artificially sweetened creamers on the market. We do not recommend any artificial sweeteners, such as NutraSweet/Splenda. Stevia is a better option if that suites you & your health plan best.

We recommend using organic (raw) milk, organic half & half, or homemade almond milk (if you are avoiding dairy).
