Gastric and duodenal ulcers are common. While most are caused by an overgrowth of h. pylori, a bacteria, damage to the GUT can happen from other causes as well. Radiation therapy can easily damage the intestinal lining causing a bleeding ulcer. We want to address the damage to the stomach and intestinal wall as well as treat the possible cause.

Follow this general protocol for a few weeks beyond abatement of symptoms. The Clear GI does have some L-Glutamine in it which can be a concern for cancer patients but we are only going to do this for a limited time and the healing benefits cannot be ignored. Our goal is to help heal the stomach and intestinal cells.

Smoothies can be made with current nutritional protocols like Greens and one can add some berries to add flavor. We recommend making smaller size smoothies so you can easily drink them within an hour or so. It might be best to avoid supplements with HCl in them until healing is maintained. Tomato and citrus based foods can also be irritating. Also consider our Iron-Artemisinin Protocol if you are experiencing anemia.
