Wake up with this allergy friendly coffee overnight oats recipe! 

For this recipe, we used our vanilla U.S. Enzymes protein powder, which you can find in our store. This protein powder is certainly not like any other. It contains necessary enzymes that build up our bodies functions naturally. 

Typical protein powders on the market contain harmful additives, low quality protein, artificial sweeteners, fillers & more junk. It is not often you find a protein powder that truly has good health benefits.

What you’ll need:

1/2 cup gluten free old fashioned oats

1/2 cup cold brew coffee

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (we use U.S. Enzymes)

1 tablespoon maple syrup 

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 

Steps: 

Place all ingredients in a container & mix well together. Seal with a lid & place in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take container out of the fridge & stir. You may need to add a little more almond milk, as the oats will soak up the liquid. 

Serve with your morning coffee!
